Privacy and data protection according to GDPR

Data privacy is a fundamental right and the compliant implementation is essential.

Every company is obliged to implement the GDPR and thus to implement data protection management. In addition, the duty of proof applies: your company must be able to prove that it effectively implements the requirements of the GDPR.

  • Is the data protection declaration compliant?
  • Have processing directories been created?
  • Has a data protection officer been appointed?
  • Have contracts been concluded for order processing?
  • Have technical and organisational measures been checked?
  • Have employees been trained?

Data protection is not a one-off event, but a continuous obligation to monitor and improve the measures taken by your company.
